Brady Martin LLP was founded by Cliff Brady and Craig Martin who decided to create a firm that would provide their clients with personal attention and representation in their particular fields of expertise. Each member of the firm represents clients throughout the state of Alabama on a wide array of legal matters. The firm’s litigation practice is primarily oriented toward professional liability defense including medical malpractice and pharmaceutical defense, commercial business litigation, products liability, title insurance litigation, employment practices litigation, workers’ compensation claims including the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, general insurance defense, mediations and arbitrations, and certain antitrust matters. The firm also provides advice and services to clients in the areas of business transactions and commercial loan documentation.
The firm acts as statewide counsel to various corporate and insurance clients where it provides representation in a wide array of litigation matters involving the clients and their insureds.
